Terms & Conditions

 Policies

  1. Minimum age 21 years.
  2. All drivers must show a valid driver’s license at time of rental      
  3. The payment is carried out at the time of the assumption of responsibility of the vehicle in cash. The payment by credit card approved is accepted with additional 5 %( Banking commission on bank cards).   
  4. The guarantee is mandatory by print of the bank card, print returned after restitution of the vehicle, and could not be useful for a prolongation without prior agreement of our agency.   
  5.  The guarantee is 10.000 to 30.000 DH, Based on car category hired (either 1250 to 3000 euro) or failing this cash or credit card deposit equivalent or the deposit of the passport for the non resident in Morocco.       
  6. The tenant is responsible on the road as well as on the parking.    
  7. The tenant must return the vehicle in the same state to his delivery.             
  8.  Only the driver indicated in the contract can take the wheel.                         
  9. The use of the vehicles on not tarred tracks is absolutely prohibited.
  10.  All our cars are unleaded gasoline, except for our 4x4 are all Deisel.
